The mission of Black Lake Retreat Center is to offer a place of retreat and spiritual renewal to persons of all ages and levels of faith development.
The Black lake Retreat Center is a 300 acre facility owned by the Southern Conference of the United Church of Christ and located in the center of North Carolina, just minutes from Asheboro and adjacent to the North Carolina Zoological Park properties. Most of the acreage is undeveloped but the following facilities exist to provide accommodations for a wide variety of ministries and programs including youth camps, retreat facilities for groups of all ages, weddings, family gatherings, business groups and others who are seeking a peaceful and natural setting for their events and activities. |
